Board Member, Ensight

Ernest S. Rady is a distinguished business leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a decades-long track record of success in real estate, financial services, and insurance. He serves on the board at Ensight, bringing his strategic vision and leadership to the organization.

He is also the Executive Chairman of American Assets Trust, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust he founded, and the Chairman of Insurance Company of the West (ICW Group), which he established in 1971. Previously, he founded and led Westcorp, a financial services holding company, until its acquisition in 2006.

With over 40 years of experience in business and investment management, Ernest continues to drive growth and innovation while supporting numerous philanthropic initiatives, including Rady Children’s Hospital and the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego.

Harry Rady

Board Member, Ensight

Harry Rady is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Rady Asset Management, where he leads the firm’s investment strategies and portfolio management. He served as the Senior Portfolio Manager of the Rady Contrarian Long/Short Fund, recognized as a Lipper Leader, and the Long-Only Rady Opportunistic Fund, which has been ranked in the top 1% by PSN Informa for multiple periods in the Large Cap Value space. Prior to founding Rady Asset Management, Harry was the Chief Investment Officer and a Director of American Assets, Inc.

He is the Chairman of the Investment Committee for Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego and serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego. Harry was also a frequent contributor to financial media outlets such as CNBC, Barron’s, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal.

Rafael Pastor

Chairman of the Board, Ensight

Rafael Pastor has a proven track record of leading and growing businesses while advising executives on strategy and innovation. He serves on multiple corporate and non-profit boards, including as Chairman of Ensight and as an advisor to a major international private equity firm.

He spent six years on the Board of KinderCare Education, the largest early-childhood education company in the U.S., where he remains a shareholder. From 2004 to 2013, he was Chairman and CEO of Vistage International, the world’s largest for-profit CEO membership organization. He also co-founded Sonenshine Pastor (now Sonenshine Partners), an investment banking M&A firm.

Rafael is Chairman of the International Advisory Board at UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy and Strategy, a Trustee of the UC San Diego Foundation, and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Rady School of Management.

Bill Unrue

CEO and Board Member, Ensight

Bill Unrue is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a proven track record of building and scaling technology companies. As CEO of Ensight™, he has transformed the company into a leading insurtech SaaS platform for the life insurance, long-term care (LTC), and annuities markets.

Previously, Bill was CEO of Anonymizer, a cybersecurity firm specializing in online privacy. He led its evolution into an enterprise platform supporting national intelligence agencies. Following its acquisition by Abraxas Corporation, he continued as President, driving cybersecurity and intelligence initiatives.

Bill has designed and built complex enterprise systems across private and government sectors, with leadership spanning IT, software development, cybersecurity, and national security.

He serves on the board of ICW Group and remains an active advisor, board member, and investor, known for driving innovation and building successful technology ventures.

Dennis Clerke

Board Member, Ensight

Dennis Clerke is a seasoned software industry executive with a distinguished track record of building, scaling, and transforming B2B SaaS companies. As an accomplished operating CEO, he has successfully grown multiple businesses from inception to over 250 employees, leading to four successful exits and creating over $125 million in shareholder value.

With deep expertise in both buy-side and sell-side M&A, Dennis has a proven ability to drive strategic acquisitions and integrations that fuel growth. He has held leadership roles at Alignent Software, Cardiff Software, and other high-growth organizations, excelling in strategic sales, operational management, and product innovation.

At Ensight, Dennis brings invaluable experience in scaling technology-driven enterprises and delivering long-term value creation.
